Shipping

All orders with a value of over CHF 150 are shipped free of charge with PostPac Priority and delivered within 1-2 working days. Shipping takes place with a tracking number.

Orders with a value of less than CHF 150 are sent via standard delivery with Swiss Post. Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days. A tracking number is not available. For an additional charge of CHF 4.99, delivery with Post Pac Priority can be selected during the ordering process.

Upon receipt, please check the package carefully for accuracy, completeness and damage and report any complaints to us immediately, but no later than 5 calendar days after delivery.
