Before your order
Why isn't my discount code working?
Depending on the promo, our codes may not work on reduced items. Some codes also have a certain minimum order value. If you are unsure please contact our customer service team.
Do you deliver to my country?
We offer free delivery to all addresses within Switzerland. A shipping fee of 15 euros applies to orders from all EU countries other than Germany and Austria. To place your order from an EU country, please visit our German Homepage.
Unfortunately we currently don’t offer shipping to addresses outside the EU.
What does shipping cost?
Delivery is always free regardless of the order value.
When will I get my order?
All orders will be delivered within 48 hours during business days.

How do I make a return?
We hope that you're pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 14 days of receipt. The date of the postmark or delivery of the collection invitation counts as the date of receipt.

Why haven't I received an invoice yet?
You should receive a PDF invoice from us as soon as your order has shipped. If you have selected “Kauf auf Rechnung” (“Purchase by Invoice”) during check-out, you will receive your invoice with all of the payment details in an email from Powerpay. If you did not receive an email from Powerpay you can request a copy by contacting Powerpay at https://www.powerpay.ch/de
How can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. To request a cancellation, send us a message with your order number and the cancellation request via WhatsApp (by clicking on the bubble on the bottom left side of your screen) or by sending an email to contact@glambou.com.

Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
We are committed to offering only high quality jewelry, which is why every piece comes with a 2-year warranty on all production-related defects.
