Glambou Retail AG conducts the giveaway exclusively in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions and is the sole organiser of the giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway takes place from 4 November 2026 to 17 November 2026, 11:59 p.m. (Swiss
time).

The deadline for participation is 17 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

The decisive factor for timely participation is the receipt or registration of the fully completed
online survey by glambou within the giveaway period.

By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these Terms and Conditions and
acknowledge the applicable privacy information provided by glambou.

3. Prize

A total of one piece of jewellery from the glambou x Gübelin collection featuring lab-grown
diamonds will be awarded.

As part of the online survey, participants select their personal favourite piece of jewellery from
the collection.

The winner will receive the exact piece of jewellery selected in the survey.

One winner will be selected from all valid entries.
Cash payment, exchange for another prize or transfer of the prize entitlement to third parties is
excluded.

4. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in Switzerland.

Employees of Glambou Retail AG, employees of companies affiliated with glambou, persons
and companies directly involved in the conception or implementation of the giveaway, and their
immediate family members are excluded from participation.

Participation on behalf of another person, through giveaway agencies, automated services, bots,
fake accounts or comparable technical tools is not permitted.

glambou is entitled to verify the winner's age, identity and place of residence to a reasonable
extent before handing over the prize.

5. Participation in the Giveaway

Participation takes place exclusively by fully completing and submitting the online survey
provided by glambou on its website.

To participate validly, participants must, within the giveaway period:
• provide the required information in the online survey,
• select their personal favourite piece of jewellery from the glambou x Gübelin collection,
• provide the contact details required for participation, and
• fully submit the survey while accepting these Terms and Conditions.
The online survey can be accessed directly via the glambou website or through a QR code
provided, for example, at events or selected retail locations.

Participation is complete once the survey has been fully submitted. No additional registration or
purchase is required.

Subscription to the glambou newsletter is voluntary and is not a requirement for
participation in the giveaway.

Participants have the option to voluntarily subscribe to the glambou newsletter as part of the
survey, independently of the giveaway. Subscription takes place exclusively through explicit
confirmation of the corresponding newsletter option within the survey.

Existing newsletter subscribers may also participate in the giveaway regardless of their
subscription status.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be counted more than once in
the prize draw and will not increase the chances of winning.

6. Winner Selection

After the giveaway period has ended, all valid entries will be combined into a single prize draw.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be selected no later than 19 November 2026.

The selection of a favourite piece of jewellery and the decision whether or not to subscribe to the
newsletter have no influence on the chances of winning.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified on 19 November 2026 by email using the email address provided in
the online survey.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of the notification email being
sent and, where necessary, provide the information required to verify eligibility and deliver the
prize.

If no response is received within this period, or if the notification cannot be delivered due to
incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible contact details, the entitlement to the prize will lapse.

In this case, glambou is entitled to select an alternative winner using the same random selection
procedure.

This process may be repeated until the prize has been validly awarded.

glambou will never request payment of a fee or disclosure of credit card, bank or other payment
details in connection with awarding the prize.

8. Verification of Eligibility

glambou is entitled to verify that all participation requirements have been met before the prize is
finally awarded.

This may include verifying the participant's age, residence in Switzerland and proper
participation in the online survey.

If the eligibility requirements cannot be demonstrated or if a participant is found to have violated
these Terms and Conditions, the relevant entry may be declared invalid and the prize may be
withdrawn.

9. Prize Delivery

Following successful notification, confirmation and, where applicable, verification of eligibility,
the prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner within Switzerland.

Shipping costs will be covered by glambou.
For delivery purposes, the winner is required to provide the necessary and accurate information,
in particular a complete and valid shipping address.
The prize entitlement is personal and may not be transferred or assigned to third parties before
the prize is handed over.

Cash payment of the prize value or exchange for another prize is excluded.

The winner is responsible for any personal tax obligations associated with the prize, where
required by law.

10. Exclusion from the Giveaway

glambou reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway for objectively justified
reasons.

Exclusion may occur in particular in cases of:

• violation of these Terms and Conditions,
• false or misleading information,
• manipulation or attempted manipulation,
• use of automated services or bots,
• use of multiple accounts, email addresses or identities to circumvent the participation
limit,
• abusive or fraudulent behaviour, or
• other actions that impair the proper conduct or fairness of the giveaway.

If the prize has already been awarded in such a case, the prize entitlement may be withdrawn. A
prize already delivered may be reclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

11. Data Protection

For the purpose of conducting the giveaway, Glambou Retail AG processes personal data insofar
as this is necessary to record and verify participation, conduct the prize draw, notify the winner
and hand over and deliver the prize.

Glambou Retail AG is solely responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with
the giveaway.

In particular, the following personal data may be processed as part of participation:

• first and last name,
• email address,
• information concerning eligibility, in particular age and place of residence,
• the favourite piece of jewellery selected in the survey,
• any additional information voluntarily provided as part of the survey, and
• data required to verify eligibility and process and deliver the prize.

This data is processed exclusively for the stated giveaway purposes and in compliance with
applicable data protection regulations.

The processing of personal data in connection with the newsletter is carried out
independently of the administration of the giveaway.

Subscription to the glambou newsletter is entirely voluntary and takes place through explicit
confirmation of the corresponding newsletter option within the online survey.

Consent to receive the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, in
particular via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter after valid participation does not affect an existing giveaway
entry.

Data subjects may exercise their rights under the applicable data protection regulations. These
include, in particular, the right of access and, where provided for by law, the right to rectification
or deletion of their personal data.

12. Participation Costs

Participation in the giveaway is voluntary and free of charge.
No purchase, use of a paid service or subscription to the glambou newsletter is required to
participate.

Only the usual internet or connection charges imposed by the participant's internet or mobile
service provider may apply.

13. Early Termination and Changes to the Giveaway

glambou reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the giveaway prematurely for
important, objectively justified reasons if its proper conduct can no longer be guaranteed.

This applies in particular in the event of technical disruptions, manipulation, unforeseen failures
of platforms or systems, force majeure, or legal or regulatory requirements.

glambou also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where there is an
objectively justified reason, the amendment is proportionate and the rights already acquired by
participants are not unreasonably affected.

Changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.

14. Liability

glambou shall be liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross
negligence, as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, insofar as
provided for by law.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material obligations, liability shall be limited, to the
extent permitted by law, to the typically foreseeable damage.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

In particular, glambou assumes no responsibility for technical disruptions, interruptions or
failures of internet connections, email services, websites, survey systems or other technical
systems, insofar as such events are not attributable to glambou.

15. Applicable Law

The giveaway is governed by Swiss law.
Mandatory statutory consumer protection and other protective provisions remain unaffected.
Legal recourse regarding the random selection of the winner is excluded to the extent permitted
by law.

16. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially
invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
