Terms and Conditions – GLAMBOU Prize Draw
1. Organizers

(hereinafter jointly referred to as “Glambou” or the “Organizers”).
Glambou GmbH is responsible for participants residing in a Member State of the European Union.
Glambou Retail AG is responsible for participants residing in Switzerland.
Both companies jointly conduct the prize draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
All valid entries from all eligible countries will be combined into one common prize pool after the end of the participation period. There will be no separate prize draws by country or company.
One winner will be selected at random from this common prize pool.
Irrespective of the prize draw, each company remains responsible for the online shops it operates and for the purchase agreements concluded through those online shops.
2. Prize Draw Period
The prize draw will take place from 11 September 2026 until 20 September 2026, 11:59 PM.
The closing date for entries is 20 September 2026, 11:59 PM.
The relevant time for determining whether an entry was submitted on time is the time at which the respective participation is received or registered by Glambou within the prize draw period.
By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the applicable Glambou privacy notices.
3. Prize
A total of one Glambou Shopping Voucher will be awarded.
The value and currency of the voucher depend on the market or online shop to which the winner’s participation is assigned:
● for winners whose participation is assigned to the Glambou online shop at glambou.com: a Glambou Shopping Voucher worth €800;
● for winners whose participation is assigned to the Swiss Glambou online shop at glambou.ch: a Glambou Shopping Voucher worth CHF 800.
One winner will be selected from all valid entries.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or converted between EUR and CHF.
4. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who reside in a Member State of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein or the United States of America.
Eligible participants are therefore persons residing in:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus, as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the United States of America.
Employees of Glambou GmbH and Glambou Retail AG, employees of companies affiliated with Glambou, as well as persons and companies directly involved in the conception or implementation of the prize draw and their immediate family members, are excluded from participation.
Participation on behalf of another person, through prize draw agencies, automated services, bots, fake accounts or comparable technical means is not permitted.
Glambou is entitled to verify, to an appropriate extent, the winner’s age, identity and place of residence prior to awarding the prize.
5. Participation in the Prize Draw
There are three different ways to participate in the prize draw.
5.1 Subscribe to the Newsletter
Participation is possible by subscribing to the Glambou newsletter within the prize draw period and properly completing the subscription process.
If a double opt-in procedure is used, the newsletter subscription is only considered complete once the corresponding confirmation link has been successfully confirmed.
By subscribing to the newsletter, the participant agrees to receive the Glambou newsletter and related promotional communications.
Consent to receive the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, in particular via the unsubscribe link contained in the newsletter.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter after valid participation does not affect participation in the prize draw that has already taken place.
5.2 Participation via Instagram
Participation is also possible by taking part in the official Glambou Instagram prize draw within the prize draw period and fulfilling all of the following requirements:
● follow the official Instagram account @glambou_official,
● like the official prize draw post, and
● tag one person in the comments under the prize draw post with whom the participant would like to go jewelry shopping.
Comments or other content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate or incompatible with Instagram’s policies may be excluded from participation and, where applicable, removed.
At the time of verification, Glambou must be able to verify that the stated participation requirements have been fulfilled.
5.3 Participation Through a Purchase of €180 / CHF 180 or More
Participation is also possible by making a qualifying purchase within the prize draw period in the relevant Glambou online shop with an order value of at least:
● €180 via glambou.com, or
● CHF 180 via glambou.ch.
Participation via this method occurs automatically, provided that all requirements are fulfilled. No additional registration for the prize draw is required.
The relevant amount is the actual order value after deduction of discounts and promotional codes and excluding shipping costs.
The purchase of gift vouchers/gift cards is not taken into account when calculating the minimum order value.
If an order is fully cancelled before the winner is selected, there is no valid participation via this participation method.
Statutory rights of withdrawal, return, warranty and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Common Prize Pool and Winner Selection
After the end of the prize draw period, all valid entries from the eligible Member States of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the United States of America will be combined into one common prize pool.
There will be no separate prize draws for individual countries, markets or companies.
One winner will be selected at random from the common prize pool.
The winner will be selected on or no later than 30 September 2026.
7. Notification of the Winner
The winner will be contacted after the winner selection via a contact method available in connection with their participation.
This may in particular take place:
● by email to the email address provided as part of the newsletter subscription or order; or
● in the case of Instagram participation, by direct message from the official Instagram account @glambou_official.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of receiving the prize notification and, where applicable, provide the information required to verify eligibility and award the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, or if the prize notification cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete or no longer accessible contact details, the claim to the prize will expire.
In this case, Glambou is entitled to select an alternative winner using the same random selection procedure.
This process may be repeated until the prize has been successfully awarded.
Glambou will never ask the winner to pay a fee or provide credit card, bank or other payment details in order to receive the prize.
8. Verification of Eligibility
Glambou is entitled to verify, before the final awarding of the prize, whether all requirements for participation have been fulfilled.
Depending on the participation method, this may include verification of age and place of residence as well as the newsletter subscription, Instagram participation or the existence of a qualifying purchase.
If the participation requirements cannot be demonstrated or if it is established that a participant has violated these Terms and Conditions, the relevant participation may be declared invalid and the prize may be withdrawn.
9. Redemption of the Prize
The prize will be provided as a digital Glambou Shopping Voucher/voucher code.
If the winner resides in an eligible Member State of the European Union, the voucher worth €800 will be issued by Glambou GmbH and can only be redeemed in the Glambou online shop at glambou.com.
If the winner resides in Switzerland, the voucher worth CHF 800 will be issued by Glambou Retail AG and can only be redeemed in the Swiss Glambou online shop at glambou.ch.
The voucher is valid until 30 September 2028.
The applicable Glambou voucher and online shop terms and conditions also apply to the redemption of the voucher.
In the event of partial redemption, the remaining balance will remain available.
Cash payment of the voucher value or any remaining balance is excluded.
Conversion between EUR and CHF or exchange for another prize is excluded.
The entitlement to the prize is personal and may not be transferred or assigned to a third party prior to the voucher being awarded.
Any personal tax obligations arising in connection with the prize are the responsibility of the winner, where required by law.
10. Exclusion From the Prize Draw
Glambou reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw for objective reasons.
Exclusion may occur in particular in the event of:
● violations of these Terms and Conditions,
● false or misleading information,
● manipulation or attempted manipulation,
● use of automated services or bots,
● use of multiple accounts, email addresses or identities to circumvent participation restrictions,
● abusive or fraudulent behavior, or
● other actions that impair the proper conduct or fairness of the prize draw.
If the prize has already been awarded in such a case, the entitlement to the prize may be withdrawn. A prize that has already been handed over may be reclaimed within the limits permitted by law.
11. Data Protection
For the purpose of conducting the prize draw, Glambou processes personal data insofar as this is necessary for recording and verifying participation, conducting the prize draw, notifying the winner and awarding the prize.
For participants residing in a Member State of the European Union, Glambou GmbH is generally responsible.
For participants residing in Switzerland, Glambou Retail AG is generally responsible.
To the extent that Glambou GmbH and Glambou Retail AG jointly process personal data in connection with the joint organization of the prize draw and the common prize pool and jointly determine the purposes and means of such processing, the processing will be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
Depending on the participation method, the following personal data in particular may be processed:
● name,
● email address,
● country of residence,
● Instagram username and publicly visible interactions with the prize draw post,
● order number and information regarding the existence of a qualifying purchase, and
● data required to verify eligibility and administer the prize.
Personal data processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw will be deleted or anonymized after completion of the prize draw as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.
Order and contractual data remain unaffected and will be processed and retained in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.
The processing of personal data in connection with newsletter distribution takes place independently of the prize draw administration on the basis of the consent provided for this purpose.
Consent to receive the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter after valid participation in the prize draw does not result in the loss of an already acquired prize draw entry.

12. Costs of Participation
Participation via newsletter subscription and Instagram is free of charge. Only the usual internet or connection costs charged by the respective internet or mobile service provider may apply.
The third participation method requires a qualifying purchase with an order value of at least €180 or CHF 180.
A purchase is not required in order to participate in the prize draw in general, as newsletter subscription and Instagram participation provide two free participation methods.
13. Early Termination and Changes to the Prize Draw
Glambou reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the prize draw prematurely for important objective reasons if proper implementation can no longer be guaranteed.
This applies in particular in the event of technical disruptions, manipulation, unforeseen failures of platforms or systems, force majeure, or legal or regulatory requirements.
Glambou also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where there is an objective reason for doing so, the amendment is reasonable and rights already acquired by participants are not disproportionately affected.
Any changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
14. Liability
Glambou shall be liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body or health.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
In particular, Glambou assumes no responsibility for technical disruptions, interruptions or failures of internet connections, email services, Instagram, online shops or other technical systems insofar as these are not attributable to Glambou.
15. Instagram Disclaimer
This prize draw is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
The organizers of the prize draw are exclusively Glambou GmbH and Glambou Retail AG.
By participating via Instagram, participants release Instagram, to the extent permitted by law, from any claims arising out of or in connection with this prize draw.
The applicable Instagram Terms of Use and policies also apply to the use of Instagram.
16. Applicable Law
For participants residing in Switzerland, Swiss law generally applies.
For participants residing in a Member State of the European Union, German law generally applies.
Mandatory consumer protection and other protective provisions of the country in which the participant has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
Legal recourse regarding the random selection of the winner is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
17. Final Provisions
Should any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
