Refund policy

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition, and in their original packaging in order for us to process your refund.

To return your order follow these steps: 

Step 1: Write the number of items returned and the number corresponding to your reason for returning them in the designated boxes on the delivery slip.

Step 2: Add the slip to the parcel and adhere the address field to the box. 

Step 3: Purchase postage with the carrier of your choice and drop the parcel off. 

You will receive your refund once your return has been processed by our warehouse.

Alternatively you can return your order for free at any of our stores. Our stores will transfer the return to our warehouse and you will receive your refund once your return has been processed by our warehouse.

Glambou will only provide you with a free return label if you didn’t receive the correct item, if the item description on our homepage was incorrect, or if you received a damaged or defective item.
